R&D studies were carried out entirely within our company.
The system ensures that all volatile particles generated in production areas are filtering in such a way as to prevent sprinkling and to ensure that the ambient air to a breathable value.
HERD, which absorbs and filters the polluted air in the environment, adapts to the displacement ventilation principle by giving some of the cleaned air back to the environment at very low speeds at ground level.
A part of the cleaned air is blown towards the other HERD unit through jet nozzles and continuous mobilisation of volatile particles is ensured.

Pipe and duct labour and costs are avoided.
It saves time and money that would be spent on the installation of numerous pipes/ducts and connection equipment that exist in conventional piped systems. Moreover, the pipe duct maintenance process is eliminated.

Thanks to EC motor technology, the highest efficiency is always achieved while energy consumption is kept to a minimum.

Always clean air
When supplied in the right number and with proper placement, it cleans the air of the production hall in accordance with international standards and regulations.

Does not occupy space.
HERD is not placed on the factory floor. For this reason, it does not cause unnecessary space losses in the working areas.
Only the clean air diffuser and dust container are located on the floor.

Flexible usage
Clean air blowing rates are completely under user control. In this way, flexible use is provided according to different needs.

Savings on heating costs
Thanks to the online ventilation system, the heated air is not exhausted. It saves up to 70% compared to conventional extraction systems.
