The system ensures that all volatile particles formed in production areas are filtered to prevent scattering and that the ambient air reaches a breathable level.
HERD, which absorbs and filters the polluted air in the environment, adapts to the principle of displacement ventilation by returning some of the cleaned air to the environment at very low speeds at ground level.
Some of the cleaned air is blown towards the other HERD unit through jet nozzles and continuous mobilization of volatile particles is ensured.
It saves time and money that would be spent on the installation of numerous pipes/ducts and connection equipment that exist in traditional pipe systems. Additionally, the pipe duct maintenance process is eliminated.
HERD cannot be placed on the factory floor. Therefore, it does not cause unnecessary space loss in work areas. Only the fresh air diffuser and dust container are located on the floor.
Thanks to EC engine technology, the highest efficiency is always achieved while energy consumption is kept to a minimum.
Fresh air blowing rates are completely under user control. In this way, flexible use is provided according to different needs.
When supplied in the right number and with the right placement, it cleans the air of the production hall in accordance with international standards and regulations.
Thanks to the online ventilation system, heated air is not thrown out. Provides savings of up to 70% compared to traditional suction systems.
HERD main unit is mounted on columns and walls within the factory, 4-5 meters above the ground.
This height is ideal for capturing welding fume particles more easily.
Each HERD unit is spaced approximately 13-15 meters apart. The HERD unit, which filters the dirty air, pushes some of the clean air towards the other HERD unit with jet nozzles.
All units can be controlled from a single computer. Thanks to the useful and easy interface, data from sensors can be monitored and reported. Each HERD automatically adjusts the airflow rate according to the pollution level.
Each unit is equipped with an EC motor and composite fan as standard. Max. An air flow rate of 5000 m³/hour is provided. Jet pulse cleaning system and nanofiber filter cartridge are also standard.
