ALP-CES systems for plasma and laser cutting fumes ALP-LAS Our units are especially designed to absorb and filter the fumes generated on plasma and laser cutting tables. LAS Thanks to the compact structure of our series products, it allows them to be preferred as a central system for the suction of many different dust and fumes.

ALP-CES central filter systems are modularly designed. Number of filter modules and required flow/pressure as required.

They are installed by integrating with the fans to meet them. It has many different pollutants such as welding fumes, grinding dusts, metal dusts, plastic dusts, paper and food dusts, composite and fiber dusts. Can be used with various types of installation. They are products suitable for outdoor and indoor installations.

ALP-Herd

Innovative Ambient Ventilation Concept

R&D studies were carried out entirely within our company.
The system ensures that all volatile particles formed in production areas are filtered to prevent scattering and that the ambient air reaches a breathable level.

HERD, which absorbs and filters the polluted air in the environment, adapts to the principle of displacement ventilation by returning some of the cleaned air to the environment at very low speeds at ground level.
Some of the cleaned air is blown towards the other HERD unit through jet nozzles and continuous mobilization of volatile particles is ensured.

Push-Pull Systems

In Push-Pull mixed ventilation, fresh air is delivered to the upper area of ​​the hall through jet nozzles that have the effect of mixing the air in the hall.

  • Hall height < 7.5 m
  • Low thermal loads; < 10 tons / year welding wire consumption
  • Feed nozzles with high jet range
  • Two pipelines opposite each other

Upstream Layered Ventilation

In layered- or displacement ventilation, the clean area is fed through source vents close to the floor. This provides support for the thermal upswing of welding fumes.

  • Hall height ≥ 7,5 m
  • High thermal loads > 10 tons / year welding wire consumption
  • Displacement outlets close to the floor for generating a layer of cold air
  • Sensors for continuous temperature measurement and fully-automated control of the proportion of fresh air
  • Low air volume flows are sufficient
  • Suitable for cooling and heating
  • Acceptable heat loss.
  • Given appropriate thermal loss and suitable for dust and odour
